Buggy race day is right around the corner, and this Carnival 2025 will mark the first appearance of a new and very special category — The “Naked Buggy” race.
Inspired by the University of Michigan’s “Nude Mile,” in which passionate students take a midnight streak after dark to celebrate the end of winter classes, the Naked Buggy race is a sport for the most dedicated pushers and drivers alike. The competition will take place on the buggy course at 4 a.m., to shroud the pushers’ shame in the dark of night. Winners will advance to a special broad daylight “best-of-the-best” round for a highly visible, televised, streamed, and IG-Lived Greek Olympic-style nude athletic event.
This new student-led and highly-demanded event pairs our finest designers, mechanics, athletes, and aspiring calendar models in an exciting and electric new take on the competition. Seven teams have already signed up to compete.
Extra points are awarded for body glitter, ab lines, and whether or not the driver is clothed inside their buggy.
